Balance Build Marketing Director

Job Description: The Balance Build Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and managing balance build marketing campaigns to drive profitable loan growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage balance build marketing campaigns across multiple channels; including direct mail, telemarketing, email, cross-sell, internet, and statement channels.
  • Work with external vendor(s) to maximize operational efficiencies and minimize costs.
  • Analyze test results and the competitive environment to design new campaign offers.
  • Create and execute population targeting and testing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate campaign execution by performing population selection, copy, and creative audits.
  • Manage the marketing plan and budget.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

- 7-10 years of direct marketing with financial services experience

- Strong project management abilities, i.e. capable of handling varied responsibilities and driving success with limited resources

- Excellent analytical skills needed to understand key P&L drivers and meet/exceed objectives

- Extremely detail oriented

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work well with individuals throughout all levels of the organization

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
