Responsibilities:
- Generate and evaluate consumer information to identify strategic opportunities and make product development recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Responsible for qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Investigate new market opportunities and develop new products and services for existing customers
- Execute market research and act as the industry and technology trend expert
- Manage Marketing Database Specialist and oversee the marketing database to accomplish desired results
- Analyze, track and develop reports on marketing campaigns to determine the success and ROI
- Provide strategic direction to other managers, senior management and board of directors
- Experience in the financial services industry is required
- Extensive database experience is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of modeling and analytical tools
- Experience reading and understanding Crystal Reports
- Direct marketing experience is preferred
- Superb analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
