The Marketing Operations group designs operational processes and provides implementation support for Retail mass marketing products, campaigns, key mass customer communications, channels and regulatory activities. Working with multiple groups within the organization, this position will be an individual contributor and potentially a leader on some assignments. The Business Analyst gathers, analyzes and documents requirements and priorities for Marketing related IT and operational process changes and improvements. The analyst is also expected to learn multiple processes and systems. The role offers the opportunity to view the "big picture" of retail operations and marketing, as well as develop specialized knowledge in specific areas.

This role is responsible for liaising with I/T, Marketing, and Operations for Residential and Small C&I market segments. **JOB TITLE & LOCATION**

Large financial company in the Richmond area is looking for a senior level consultant to work with their mortgage division. This consultant will need to be a very strong SAS professional that is not only a good programmer & developer but a subject matter expert that will be able to give insight into the team on SAS skills and work load planning.

**Responsibilities include**

Client needs a very skilled and senior level SAS developer / programmer. If they have mortgage experience this is a huge plus. They will need to be able to code and be very hands on as well as direct, coach and mentor other SAS users in the group. They will be working with a lot of data and preparing reports for management and to conduct analysis. They will also be working with new reporting requirement that come in and will do analysis on the data to make sure that it is correct. This person will be responsible for coordinating work and balancing workloads and ad-hoc request.

You will oversee and direct the website for this company with responsibilities for web design, functionality, and content, e-commerce offering and sales, online marketing, integration within the company, and providing an optimal user experience for customers through the online execution of the brand. Manage a cross-functional team responsible for the development and management of all e-commerce projects from concept development through implementation and analysis. Oversee on-line assortment, pricing, promotions, and product presentation. Oversee online marketing strategies, objectives, and results. The responsibilities of the CRM database analyst include:

Boston area direct marketing agency seeks experienced Account Manager to be responsible for managing multiple accounts utilizing dmEdge (web based marketing portal). This role will interact directly with Production, Sales, Clients and the Modeling Services teams. This individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into specifications for internal and external support group, providing detailed counts, reports and lists to clients as well as identifying/assisting management with up-selling and cross-sell opportunities.
