The Director of Interactive and Customer Marketing is responsible for working with several Business Units and Company Brands to integrate customer marketing efforts and deliver a more targeted and compelling message. The position will also evolve company capabilities for collecting, analyzing and acting on customer data in order to improve acquisition and retention efforts as well as optimize customer profitability. The role combines a solid understanding of relational databases and analytics with the ability to build strong and profitable customer relationships. This person will also understand the channels, new techniques and technologies available to develop those relationships. The position will manage a team responsible for our customer facing websites as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy.

Product Manager - $80-110K + 5-10% bonus, prefer local candidates, open to relocation – Long Beach, CA:


My client, a large imaging solutions manufacturer seeks a Product Manager – Label Printers in the corporate offices outside of Los Angeles. You will define the product positioning, messaging, marketing and branding strategy for the company’s line of commercial label printers. Understand and drive market requirements/needs into the product development and roadmap planning process. Identify and create compelling marketing programs and incentives to encourage printer sales and customer adoption. Build business cases and analytical support for new marketing and business initiatives. As the first product manager for the newly created business organization, this individual will have the opportunity to help establish, build and set the performance standard for the marketing team. This is a high impact, high visibility position within a well established and successful company in the digital printing industry.

Define the product messaging, positioning, marketing and branding strategy for the company’s line of commercial label printers. Evaluate & analyze key market issues and communicate strategic insights to internal stakeholders (e.g. SEC, Senior Management, C&I Sales, Business Development, Service/Support, etc). Understand and drive market requirements/needs into the product development and roadmap planning process. Lead cross-functional team (Marcom, Documentation, Service/Support, Logistics, Sales and other groups) during the product development and launch process. Create compelling marketing programs & incentives to encourage printer sales and customer adoption. Marketing Manager - $80-110K + 10% bonus – Carson, CA:

Large, worldwide manufacturer of imaging solutions seeks a Marketing Manager of the company Robotics Group in the Carson, CA Distribution Center. In this role, you will create and implement marketing initiatives including collateral creation, marketing communications (email, web, and print), product launch activities, tradeshow coordination/assistance, and industry research to provide group target market penetration resulting in sales and brand loyalty.

Recommends and implements promotional programs. Provides analysis and reporting on promotional effectiveness. Recommends & implements direct marketing activities (postcard, email, banner ads), print & web based ad campaigns, & other marketing activities to increase lead counts and drive sales. Participates in industry trade show activities. Maintains marketing database & CRM system to ensure proper lead distribution & storage. Recommends and implements marketing programs for effective ongoing communications with existing customers (E-mailers, newsletters, etc.). The position will report to a VP/Assistant Vice President of Research and Analysis and the role will have 4 direct reports…1 Data analyst and 3 Marketing Analysts.

Responsibilities include analyzing market and customer data to create new/recommended business strategies. Create/modify business processes to enable better business reporting. Design business requirements that will be used to create standard reports from general or specific distribution to the business. The Client Analyst will work closely with the Private Client Group and Client Development to develop reporting and research tools to help manage personal relationships with top clients. CRM Business Analyst - $45-55K + relo + profit sharing – Buffalo, NY:

The business analyst will serves as the company’s primary interface between each business line, Marketing and Database Management. This person will extend analytical CRM capabilities to each club business line, liaise with company Action Center and manage ACRM operations.

Work with each business line and Marketing to define their business objectives, document current operational processes, define business line metrics, produce a club dictionary of business terms, determine data requirements, complete a data quality analysis and design and execute data remediation plans to address any data quality problems. Work closely with the Analytical CRM specialist to define analysis requirements including custom metrics, results presentation, and augmenting the database with supplemental data. Interface with all levels of internal and external "clients" to help define and re-engineer business processes as well as gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
