The CRM Database Analyst team supports the direct to customer marketing execution and the strategic customer data analysis needs for our client. The team primarily utilizes the corporate customer data warehouse that resides on a Teradata database.
The responsibilities of the CRM database analyst include:
• Consult with analysts and business partners to interpret the business questions at hand and derive an actionable solution.
• Ensure timely response to analyst’s ad hoc data requests and accuracy of deliverables.

Perform analysis and research as requested; working with Modeling Services and Clients to develop modeling strategy and implementation. Must have an understanding data requirements and ensuring that all clients using credit data remain compliant; performing quality control on all aspects of a job (from file pull to model scoring to final mail file). Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Work with internal groups to develop strategies for new and/or existing accounts. Continue to develop strong relationships with existing clients as well as the Sales staff. Review current aligned clients to determine if any enhancements or efficiencies can be added. Work with Product Managers to identify/implement enhanced product offerings.
