CRM Manager/Sr. CRM Manager – (salary depending on experience) – Bay area:
Our client, a fast growing start up organization is seeking a Sr. CRM Analyst/Manager in their California Bay Area offices. Reporting to the Director, this position will be responsible for all email marketing campaigns, including all database work preparing the campaign as well as HTML coding of the campaign in our email tool. This person will have primary responsibility for launching accurate campaigns in a timely manner and for developing and completing back end analysis. This person will also have responsibility to perform analysis and make recommendations for what will engage, retain and delight our customers.
Manage all aspects of email, direct mail, SMS and alternative channel marketing programs to our customer base. Identify and perform complex analyses of customer database. Develop data driven recommendations for CRM programs. Develop and implement data driven customer lifecycle programs. Develop and implement customer focused strategies. Plan and develop strategic marketing programs to target increased customer loyalty and decreased customer attrition. We are seeking a top-notch copywriter with the ability to write for the internet, direct marketing and marketing collateral. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and well rounded copywriter.
A wide variety of writing projects including marketing, website, email marketing, direct marketing, collateral and other projects as assigned. Copy-editing/proofing all marketing communications. Work with Customer Experience group to write all web and landing pages within the design framework provided. Partner with internal and external creative partners to develop appropriate marketing communications. This role will interact directly with Production, Sales, Clients and the Modeling Services teams.
