JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS (Experience, skills & qualifications)
1. Develop, review and approve all marketing materials in conjunction with Brand and Sales teams and agencies.
2. Develop, review and approve all customer programs in conjunction with Sales Teams and agencies 1. Assist in identification customer segment market research needs/coordinate studies with brand team
3. Collaborate with counterparts in other BUs/Sales to leverage customer-facing synergies
4. Assist in management of convention strategy in conjunction with Sales and brand team
5. Interface with support functions as needed to execute programs (PR, internet, CAMM, Medical Affairs )
6. Ensure thorough communication of changes to in-process Marketing materials
7. Develop, review and approve all marketing materials in conjunction with Brand and Sales teams and agencies.
8. Develop, review and approve all customer programs in conjunction with Sales Teams and agencies.
9. Provides information to Sales Training in order to facilitate the development of impactful Sales Training programs
10. Manage allocated budget
Position is responsible for providing input to design of marketing programs for assigned products and the development and implementation of marketing programs for those products. The focus of this role is on implementing the execution of marketing programs. The position's customer segment is the Consumer (patients) segment in Woman's Healthcare and assigned products include Mirena. Program focus is relationship marketing as well as Hispanic and minority marketing for all FHC products.
