**JOB TITLE & LOCATION**

SAS Programmer Position in the Richmond, VA area.

One of the nation's fastest growing mortgage companies with over $181 billion dollars in loans is looking for a contract SAS programmer professional. Ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and will be able to sort through many different data sources in order to pull reports and ultimately automate reporting. Consultant will familiarize themselves with the data and then identify the missing data and then create reports for executive management. A consultant looking to work in a fast paced environment would be best. Must also be able to work with Excel and output the data there.

#2 Richmond, VA

Fortune 10 mortgage company is looking for a contract to hire consultant (numerous positions open) that have strong Forecasting skills and mortgage experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional excel skills and that have had corporate experience in Financial Forecasting. This will include forecast on losses, volume, etc. These consultants will need to assume a leading role in the financial forecasting process. Prepares highly detailed short and long range financial reports as well as analyzes actual financial data to explain variances, identify trends and call attention to operational issues that need to be addressed to improve performance. Must be familiar with time series analysis and can project losses and market trends.

Large financial company in the Richmond area is looking for a senior level consultant to work with their mortgage division. This consultant will need to be a very strong SAS professional that is not only a good programmer & developer but a subject matter expert that will be able to give insight into the team on SAS skills and work load planning.

Qualifications:
" Two to five years of professional experience.
" Previous experience in a data mining environment, devoted to list generation and campaign response/conversion reporting is required.
" At least two years of strong SQL skill experience is required.
" Experience w/COGNOS Reporting tool is required.
" Strong PC skills; Proficiency in Excel is a must.
" Proficiency is SAS programming is also required.
" Proven experience accessing, manipulating, and analyzing disparate data sources and large-scale databases; Experience with Teradata is a plus
" Familiarity with the development and maintenance of member, physician, and client communication programs utilizing a third-party campaign management tool (i.e. Affinium Campaign) is a plus.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. **JOB TITLE & LOCATION** Houston, TX The Marketing Operations group provides operational analysis and implementation support for Retail mass marketing products, campaigns, key mass customer communications, channels and regulatory activities. The group offers the opportunity to view the "big picture" of retail operations and marketing, as well as develop specialized knowledge in specific areas.

6.**JOB TITLE & LOCATION** Houston, TX

The Marketing Operations group designs operational processes and provides implementation support for Retail mass marketing products, campaigns, key mass customer communications, channels and regulatory activities. Working with multiple groups within the organization, this position will be an individual contributor and potentially a leader on some assignments. The Business Analyst gathers, analyzes and documents requirements and priorities for Marketing related IT and operational process changes and improvements. The analyst is also expected to learn multiple processes and systems. The role offers the opportunity to view the "big picture" of retail operations and marketing, as well as develop specialized knowledge in specific areas.

#7. Richmond, VA

Large Financial Services Company is looking for a Project Manager that has experience with Full Life Cycle Development of Software Systems. Ideally must posses 5 to 10 years minimum experience and have successes is balancing / prioritizing many projects through implementation. This consultant will be coordinating efforts and will work with multiple departments as well as technical and non-technical team members.
