  • Direct Mail Channel Marketing Manager – Houston, TX - $80-115K + bonus: Our Houston, TX client seeks a Manager of Direct Mail Channel Marketing. This position will be responsible for the execution of tactical marketing campaigns, developing, producing cost-efficient campaign materials and misc. collateral programs. Prepare all inputs/deliverables supporting detailed tactical direct marketing plans. Execute all specific steps of a standardized direct marketing campaign process: opportunity identification, development and planning, management and execution and campaign measurement and analysis.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this position will plan, execute, and analyze CRM Events. Analyze customer information for direct mail, money card, and e-commerce trends in a fast paced environment. Specialized in the planning and allocations of in-store marketing events and merchandise, Specifically assigned to support AE Brand activity and additional focus on All-Access Pass loyalty program.
  • E-Communications Marketing Manager/E-Data - $70-80K + 10% bonus + relo – Pittsburgh, PA (south side): Our client, a multi-channel retailer, is seeking an experienced E-Communications Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Senior Director of CRM, this position will be responsible for working with both CRM team and Company Direct team to manage all company e-mail, mobile and affiliate marketing programs including: seasonal websets, store marketing events/floorsets, brand events, All-Access Pass loyalty communications and Company Credit Card/Visa Card campaigns, store hiring/opening, and all e-mails triggered from Company websites and related content sites. As a senior member of the Brand Communications team, this person will manage visual creative development and implementation for the flagship brand and the retail business.
